Lockers are available to store Luggage and any other personal belongings.

The sizes which are available:

Ensure that your items fit well in the locker. The maximum weight of goods permitted in any locker is 30 Kilograms.

Items Not Permitted:

Anything which is deemed to be an illegal possession according to Maltese and International Law including but not restricted to:

• Firearms and / or Explosive Materials.
• Hazardous Chemicals
• Highly Inflammable Substances
• Illegal Drugs
• Living or dead creatures.
  
  

For your safety and security:

These premises are under 24/7 CCTV Surveillance.

Third Party Property stored inside the lockers are insured up to a maximum of € 500.00 which includes VAT and the luggage / container holding the goods. Claims, Reports of Loss or Damage must be accompanied by a police report.

The Management of PR Luggage Storage are not held responsible for any loss or damage to clients resulting from the negligence of the client, including not collecting all the items stored or not securing the door properly. We shall not accept any complaints about personal belongings damaged by the user during the use of our services.

The client has the right to send a written complaint about the service offered by PR Luggage Storage on [email protected] including documented evidence by not later than 5 days after the service has been used. 

PR Luggage Storage shall not be held responsible or liable if it cannot offer or complete the service given to the client for any or any combination of the following reasons: 

Force Majeure, earthquakes, cyclones, storms, fire, pandemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, embargoes, uprisings, criminal acts committed by third parties, acts of God.
